The Topsy Foundation, a fully registered and internationally-respected South African NGO and UK registered charity, provides a range of services to support families and meet the needs and personal development of orphans and children made vulnerable by HIV and AIDS in poor rural communities in South Africa. Working in partnership with local people, Topsy provides medical care and social support and runs a skills development programme to alleviate poverty and empower women. Topsy depends on the generosity of its donors.
