! have been a keen runner for several years now. Always for my own well-being and to keep the Dominos and Pinot at bay! But when my Dad cycled from London to Paris for the Topsy Foundation, it gave me the idea to run for something bigger than myself. What better cause than helping give hope to children whose lives are being blighted by the effect of AIDS/HIV and poverty?
